THE HOUSE OF ADONAI - ITCR
A house of refuge for the remnant
in the City of Righteousness
We strive to provide spiritual support to our clients through Bible Studies, Sermons, and other endeavors based on Messianic Judaism and the Christian belief system. We support a community of people from diverse cultures, nations, ethnicities, genders, social statuses, or any other difference man can think of coming together as one body learning, understanding, and gaining wisdom through studying and applying God's teachings without compromise. We gain insight and wisdom from the Old Testament while believing that Jesus the Messiah (Yeshua HaMashiach) lived, died, and rose in fulfilling the prophecies of the Old Testament and providing salvation for all through the Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh) and Word of God taught in the New Testament (Brit HaChadasha.)

We’re proud to announce a powerful partnership between the 40 Strong Organization and the Unified Professional Military Veterans Organization (UPMV)—a collaboration that’s changing lives, breaking barriers, and creating opportunities for veterans and non-veterans alike.
Together, we’re doing more than addressing needs; we’re paving the way for second chances, personal growth, and lasting success for those who need it most.
Both 40 Strong and UPMV are driven by the belief that everyone deserves a chance to succeed. UPMV, known for its unwavering support of military veterans, goes beyond its founding mission through its Second Chance Initiative—an inclusive program offering advocacy, resources, and legal assistance to non-veterans seeking to rebuild their lives. Together with 40 Strong’s expertise in mentorship, education, and community engagement, this partnership is creating a ripple effect of empowerment.
This partnership represents more than collaboration—it’s a movement. It’s a commitment to fight for equity, justice, and the opportunities that every person deserves. By standing together, 40 Strong and UPMV are proving that second chances aren’t just possible—they’re essential.
Now more than ever, we need you to stand with us. Support our work, attend our events, and advocate for the people whose lives we’re transforming. Together, we can break down the barriers that hold people back and build a future where success is within reach for everyone.
This is just the beginning. With your help, we can turn second chances into brighter tomorrows.

PTSD, or post-traumatic stress disorder, is a serious mental health condition that can develop after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic or life-threatening event such as combat, natural disasters, serious accidents, incarceration, or violent personal assaults. PTSD can cause profound distress and significantly interfere with daily life, making routine activities like shopping, attending large gatherings, certain holidays, or even being touched by a family member or loved one trigger a PTSD event. Common symptoms include flashbacks, nightmares, emotional detachment, avoidance of trauma reminders, and constant hypervigilance, all of which can make it difficult to relax or maintain personal relationships.
If you are struggling with suicidal thoughts, seek help immediately by calling the 988 crisis line and pressing 1 for veteran-specific support, texting 838255, or chatting online with the Veterans Crisis Line. These services are free, confidential, and staffed by trained professionals who understand the unique challenges faced by veterans. Despite the isolation and hopelessness PTSD can cause, there is hope. The VA offers evidence-based therapeutic treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, prolonged exposure therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, along with support groups and medication management. With the right treatment and support, it is possible to regain control and move towards healing and recovery.

The Unified Professional Military Veterans Organization is a 501.c3 charitable organization dedicated to providing aid and support to those in need.
The Unified Professional Military Veterans Organization (UPMV) is a nonprofit group dedicated to helping military veterans who are facing tough situations, like being in jail, getting out of jail, or being homeless. We're officially recognized as a charitable organization, and our goal is to give these veterans the support and resources they need to get back on their feet and become a part of society again.
We work closely with different groups, including government agencies and private companies, to provide a wide range of help for veterans. This includes finding them places to live, especially for those who may not fit into existing housing programs. We also focus on making sure veterans get the support they need for their physical and mental health, legal issues, and finding jobs or education opportunities.
One of our main beliefs is that no veteran should be left behind. So, even if a veteran doesn't meet all our requirements, we try to find ways to help them. We're not just giving handouts; we're giving veterans the tools and support they need to stand on their own two feet again. And we're always looking for more people and organizations to join us in making a real difference in the lives of these veterans and their families.
You can donate to The Unified Professional Military Veterans Organization through our website by clicking on the 'Donate' button on the homepage. You can pay or donate by Zelle, Pay Pal, Cash App, Certified Check or Money Order. Coming soon, current and former veterans can become members and pay dues to support the organization and its programs. Your donations are tax deductible.
We collaborate with numerous nonprofit organizations to extend our support to non-veterans and veterans who may not meet specific qualifications for our programs. These partnerships enable us to provide comprehensive assistance, ensuring that everyone in need can access crucial resources and services. By working together, we can address a broader range of needs and foster a more inclusive support network for all individuals.
We are always looking for volunteers to help out in the organization. Join us today and help spread the word.
